Ultra-low and Zero Emission Deliveries - FAQ's

Cargo bike and low emission deliveries are relatively alien to a lot of us these days in terms of how you get your deliveries, so it’s understandable that people have a few questions. We’ve compiled a handy list of FAQ's below to help you out with some of our most asked questions:

Do cargo bike deliveries cost more?

No, cargo bike delivery services don’t always cost more! We match all national carriers on prices for deliveries so you can help the planet without it costing the earth.

Do electric van deliveries cost more?

No, our electric van delivery charges are comparable to the cost of getting your delivery in a diesel van, so it really is a win-win to use this method instead!

What areas are covered with bike delivery?

At the moment, our cargo bikes deliver within the Oxford ring road (Postcodes OX1, OX2, OX3, OX4) for deliveries further afield we can cover this in our electric vans including as far as London and the South East.

Can you truly get an emission free delivery service?

Yes! Our cargo bikes are truly zero emission, running on the legs of our amazing team. We try to make our electric vans as low emission as possible; they emit no carbon and are charged at a point with solar panels – however, with the unpredictable Great British weather we can’t always guarantee that no energy has been used during charging, so we call this an ‘ultra-low emission delivery’ instead.

Can I book an ad-hoc delivery or do they need to be regular?

We offer all sorts of services to suit our clients needs. You can book a one-off delivery, or we can set up to deliver for you six days a week, every fortnight or whatever suits your needs. We can be totally flexible to suit you.

What days do you deliver on?

We deliver Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and 8am-2pm on Saturdays. On Sundays we give our legs a rest!

Can I get a cargo or electric van delivery the same day?

Yes! We offer same day and next day delivery services. It’s not always possible to deliver the same day, dependant on locations but give us a call and we will certainly try our best.
